Outage today, Friday December 3rd starting around 10:00 AM.

EDIT 2021-12-06 This is now fully resolved. Reduced capacity continued through the weekend until approximately 9:30 local due to a hardware malfunction on our upstream provider’s equipment.

There is currently a damaged fiber cable causing issues in the southern area of Espanola, Sombrillo, Santa Cruz, La Mesilla, Pojoaque, and White Rock. We do not currently have an ETR but will update as we know more. Thank you all for your patience.

EDIT 08:47 this issue is now resolved and service has been restored.

Around 7:00 AM today, Saturday October 23rd, we started experiencing a power-related issue at one of our Alcalde tower sites, impacting service to clients in Chamita, Hernandez, northern Espanola, Ohkay Owingeh, and Alcalde. We are investigating on site now and hope to have this resolved shortly.

Upstream access issues today Friday 25 June

As of approximately 10:00 this morning, we are experiencing upstream connectivity issues on our main transport fiber connection. We are working with the provider to find a solution. At this time, we are operating at slightly reduced capacity but connection stability should be improved.

We are still working to rectify ongoing issues for clients in Alcalde, Ohkay Owingeh, Hernandez, and Chamita due to interference.

Power outage in Espanola

There is a power outage in Espanola affecting our upstream fiber provider’s link to our tower in one location. We have notified them as their battery backup ran out. Our equipment is up and running on backup links but there is not enough bandwidth available to serve all customers at normal levels. We are awaiting restoration of power to the affected upstream provider’s equipment. The issue should be resolved when power is restored.
