REDI Net Outage at 15:00 on 2020-07-21, ended 15:05

As of about 3pm on July 21st REDI Net went down again. The issue resolved around 15:05. We are working with their NOC to determine the cause of the outage. We have been actively planning ways to increase redundancy in more places where we currently rely on REDI Net but have been unable to implement them yet.
